Senior Financial Analyst (PA Residents)

Job Summary:

The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for financial planning, analysis, and reporting while leveraging Power BI to create dynamic dashboards and data visualizations. This role will work closely with finance, accounting, and business leaders to provide insightful reporting and streamline financial processes.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reports using Power BI to support business decisions.
  • Interact with senior executives to deliver key financial insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Analyze financial data and performance metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes to ensure financial health and business growth.
  • Automate financial reporting processes and enhance data visualization capabilities to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into financial insights and reporting solutions.
  • Maintain and ensure data integrity across financial reporting systems and dashboards.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
  • Support ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as needed.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and report creation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Experience with financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey financial insights effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and financial data structures.
  • Planful experience preferred but not required
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex data into strategic insights.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, planning, or a related field.

Requirements:

  • Requires valid State driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Successful completion of background check, physical, drug screening, TB Screening

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to tolerate prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds and at times up to 20 pounds. Must be able to navigate various departments of the organization's physical premises as well as related community care settings.
  • Must be able to tolerate conditions typically associated within a medical office and/or home care setting including potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens and infectious diseases.
