Schedule:
Standard operating hours are 8:00 am – 5:00 pm; Monday-Friday. Specific work hours will be established through discussions with your supervisor.

Job Summary:
This position is responsible for ensuring timely execution and completion of a seamless workflow for new employees.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Reviews all non-clinical applications that come in daily and dispositions to Field HR or HR leadership as applicable or to TBNT
- Implements proactive license verification procedures at hire and periodically as required ensuring related documents, licenses, certifications are in the employee file.
- Tracks compliance of active professional licensing of applicable clinical staff (CRNP, RN’s etc.).
- Track, input, and advise on records compliance-related needs to ensure new hires and existing employees meet all Federal, State, Local, and CMS guidelines in a timely manner. Run regular reports, notifies managers of delinquencies, and ensures employees return needed information supporting audits and reviews.
- Reconcile annual employment regulatory check invoices to charges and allocations are substantiated and accurate.
- As requested, prepares employee data and related information in support of Federal, State, and Local audits.
- Create Orientation Packets and related materials.
- Partner with Field HR Specialists to facilitate new employee orientations and to support new leader HR training.
- Create and organize all electronic Employee Files for all new employees, ensuring all required documents are included and uploaded. Manage updated employee documents as received, maintain files for both current and termed employees, archiving as necessary.
- Provide monthly and ad-hoc reporting as required.
- Track and submit Employee Referral Incentive and Sign-on Bonus based on eligibility and payout cadence
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Must be able to deal tactfully and patiently with personnel, participants, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the public.
- Most possess excellent knowledge of employment and Human Rights legislation, trends and practices.
- Ability to organize work and follow through on assigned tasks.
- Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and networking skills.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1-3 years HR experience.
- Familiarity with office etiquette, procedures, and MS Office software.
- Experience working with HRIS and ATS is required.
- One year of experience working with the frail or elderly population.

Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
- Must be able to access various departments of a given location.
- May include occasional overnight travel for in-service training programs, temporary coverage for another Center, etc.
- Must be able to drive a motor vehicle.

Employment Requirements: Successful completion of Pennsylvania Criminal History Check, PA DHS Child Abuse Clearance, Office of Inspector General check, and FBI Fingerprinting for Child Protective Services Law (at employer’s expense). Successful completion of post-offer employment drug screening and physical (at employer’s expense). CPR and First Aid Certification, or willing to obtain at employer’s expense. Individuals must have one year of prior experience caring for the frail elderly or willing to complete Company paid training to meet this requirement.
