The One Senior Care family of businesses—including LIFE-NWPA, Mountain View PACE, and Buckeye PACE—work together to support seniors in staying safe, healthy, connected, and at home. Our team is dedicated to helping older adults maintain their independence and well-being while remaining part of their homes and communities for as long as possible.. We are a premier healthcare provider striving to provide excellent patient care free from the traditional boundaries of medical insurance plans. Our employees consistently hear from our Participants, “I am grateful for you!”

One Senior Care is dedicated to innovation and growth as we expand our mission of exceptional senior care. In this high-impact role, you’ll build scalable systems, strengthen employee development, and drive meaningful change that empowers our teams to provide the very best care.

Role Highlights
Join our mission-driven team as a Senior Training Consultant. You’ll build, optimize, and launch scalable training and compliance programs that support our multi-state PACE organization. This high-impact contract role could transition to a permanent position.

What You’ll Do

  • Evaluate, optimize, and expand the Learning Management System (LMS): Review system architecture, workflows, reporting capabilities, and user experience; implement improvements that enhance accessibility, engagement, and compliance tracking across multi-state PACE operations.
  • Audit and enhance available training content: Identify gaps, overlap, or outdated materials; adapt and create new courses that meet CMS and state regulations, and reflect our mission, values, and person-centered care approach.
  • Strengthen position-specific competency frameworks: Develop clear, measurable competencies for each role within PACE operations—clinical, administrative, transportation, and support—and ensure training aligns with these competencies to drive performance and regulatory readiness.
  • Expand and Improve New Employee Orientation to better inform and prepare new hires about team expectations and their roles in supporting our participants. Optimize virtual experience without minimizing interactive learning.
  • Design scalable, best-in-class learning programs: Leverage adult learning principles, blended learning strategies, and innovative technologies to create training formats that support in-person, virtual, and hybrid workforces.
  • Build compliance integration into all training: Partner with compliance and clinical leadership to ensure all programs meet current and anticipated CMS/state PACE requirements, with embedded auditing and quality assurance measures.
  • Develop a sustainable training infrastructure: Recommend structure, staffing, processes, and budgets to ensure the training program is maintainable beyond the initial implementation period.
  • Lead change management efforts: Create communication, engagement, and reinforcement strategies to ensure organization-wide adoption of new processes, systems, and training resources.
  • Measure and report on training effectiveness: Define KPIs, monitor progress, and use analytics to improve learning retention, competency achievement, and compliance metrics.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, Healthcare Administration, Organizational Development, or related field
  • 8–10 years of progressive training management experience
  • Proven success creating or overhauling a training function in a highly regulated multi-state direct care environment (PACE or related programs preferred)
